Joangela Sanjuan is a civil and structural engineer whose career spans more than two decades, dedicated to elevating the standards of modern construction and design. Early in her career, she gained international experience on large-scale commercial and residential developments, including major shopping complexes and high-rise structures abroad.

Her extensive expertise across every facet of real estate development and construction — including owner's representation, design, inspection, and forensic engineering — propelled her to Director roles at leading national firms and provided her with a complete, 360-degree understanding of the industry.

As Founder and CEO of JS Construction Management, she applies this holistic perspective at every stage of a project — from pre-development and financial strategy to design, construction, and sales — ensuring each development delivers both operational excellence and market success.

Recognized for her collaborative and solution-driven approach, Joangela bridges the gap between technical precision and strategic vision.
